Christmas at Our House

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas. Check out some of the decorations around the house. Imagine Christmas music playing and the smell of cinnamon in the air.

We always start decorating the day after Thanksgiving. The kids always help me grab the boxes from storage and organize them in a row for me when I come up the stairs.

Nicholas always wants to help organized the colors for the tree limbs when we put the tree up, and Hannah about had a fit when I put the star on top without her.Hannah of course wants to put up the nativity scene and has to rearrange it 10 times.

We added a new bear to our collection this year, thanks to Pappy and Nana Lisa. They look perfect on the mantle. They also added the first presents under our tree. We are waiting until Christmas Eve to add all the stuff from Mommy and Daddy.

Right now the tree has been attacked. All of the ornaments are all half way up the tree, front and center, from Hannah moving them around. Half of the lights are in the floor from Gabriel pulling them down. Oh did I mention Gabriel has only opened on of the presents so far.No worries, Mommy grabbed it and rewrapped it before anyone saw it's contents.

Now if the temperature would drop below 65 degrees it would feel like Christmas.
